1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and TSS Travnik, Cabrusa 4F, 72270 Travnik, Bosnia and Herzegovina, registration number 4338159130008, as the operator of Farweo. They govern access to Farweo's website, Windows software, web console, remote-support infrastructure, trials, and paid plans. By creating an account, installing a host, starting a session, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting passwords and host credentials, activity under your account, and promptly reporting suspected compromise to security@farweo.com.
3. License and plan limits
Farweo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to install and use the software for lawful internal business or support purposes during an active trial or subscription. Your plan may limit technicians, concurrent sessions, and managed devices. You may not circumvent technical or commercial limits, resell access unless expressly agreed, reverse engineer except where law cannot prohibit it, or remove proprietary notices.
4. Remote-access authorization
You may access or control a device only when you own it or have clear authorization from its owner or authorized administrator. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required from device users, clients, employees, or other affected people. Installing Farweo does not itself establish legal permission.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Farweo to gain unauthorized access, deploy malware, steal data or credentials, evade security controls, harass or surveil people unlawfully, infringe rights, disrupt networks, facilitate fraud, or violate applicable law. We may suspend access immediately where we reasonably believe use creates a security, legal, or operational risk.
6. Trials, subscriptions, and payment
New accounts currently receive a 90-day full-access trial. After the trial, free sessions may be time-limited unless a paid subscription is active. Paid plans renew for the billing cycle shown at checkout until cancelled. Prices, taxes, currency, renewal terms, and payment methods are displayed before purchase. Checkout and payment processing are provided by Freemius and may be subject to its buyer terms.
7. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel renewal through the payment provider or by contacting billing@farweo.com. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Service operation and updates
We aim to keep Farweo available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or universal connectivity. Remote access depends on operating systems, networks, firewalls, third-party infrastructure, and device configuration. We may update, repair, restrict, or discontinue features. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice of a material reduction to paid service.
9. Your data and support content
You retain rights in information and files you transmit. You authorize Farweo to process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the service. Do not transmit content you have no right to access or disclose.
10. Intellectual property
Farweo, its software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and service infrastructure are protected by intellectual-property laws. No ownership transfers to you. Feedback may be used to improve the service without obligation, provided it does not disclose your confidential information.
11. Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farweo is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farweo's operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid for Farweo during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Farweo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, security threats, or where required by law. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and dispute provisions—will survive.
14. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Subject to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules, the competent courts in Travnik have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to Farweo. Mandatory rights of consumers in their country of residence are not displaced. Questions may be sent to support@farweo.com.
